For dads, it would be great if the resort could provide more children-friendly activities to keep the little ones entertained throughout the day.

The hotel serves awesome and splendid breakfasts with an assortment of options. The property has a relatively quiet and beautiful location, especially in the restaurant when you need to rush.

The staff at this resort are truly mind-blowing! They go above and beyond to make sure every guest is happy and comfortable. From their friendly smiles to their prompt action upon every request, they really know how to make you feel special. The free shuttle service from the ferry terminal is super convenient and saves you the hassle of finding transportation. The newly renovated rooms are jaw-droppingly clean and the view from the resort is absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast and lunch spread offers a variety of delicious options that will leave you satisfied. The live band playing during dinner adds a fun and lively atmosphere. There are so many activities to do here, from thrilling water sports to exciting ATV rides. The resort is also family-friendly, making it the perfect place for a fun-filled vacation with your loved ones. And let's not forget about the spa treatments! They are incredibly cheap compared to the food and drink prices, so be sure to indulge in some relaxation. this resort is an absolute gem and I highly recommend it for a memorable and unforgettable stay.

I stayed in a suite for 2n3d from 15 May to 17 May 2011. The staff are friendly.Shuttle bus to Nagoya shopping centre is available at a flat rate of s$5 per person ( to and fro) from resort to Nagoya shopping centre , twice a day Room was very clean and kept ready..Breakfast is ok.

1. Shuttle bus has limited passenger capacity and gives only about 2 hrs of free time at Nagoya. Book your seats when you check in.The frequency and the free (shopping) time may be increased. 2. Room service may be better organized. I had to remind few times to get some cutlery which eventually came after 2 hours.And another time, dinner ordered by other room was about to be delivered to our room. 3. During break fast, one had to wait too long to get an omlette or poached egg. Room service dishes are of high cost and no restaurant nearby (other than the sea food restaurant which is not an option for vegetarians )

Very peaceful location

Most of the staff spoke very little English probably as most of their guests are from Korea,Singapore or India.Would recommend only if they wanted nothing more than a very relaxing holiday as there is not much else to do

the room is brand-new, and the staff is excellant. the atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

The rooms were a nice size in washbasin, everything was amazing. Great decor, central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television.

The staff - some of them were average.

I chose this hotel for attending a session as it provided the perfect location near Mesjid Raya Batam Center. The conference halls were well-equipped and allowed for a smooth and productive meeting.

The only downside was the lack of a reliable and fast internet connection. This made it difficult for me to complete some urgent work tasks during my stay.

It is a very quiet place close to a beach

The hotel is very far away from the city (40 minutes by taxi)

We could see the seaview from either side of the hotel and that was indeed refreshing.

There was a power failure on the 1st night but the staff quickly came and fixed it.

My family and I had a lovely vacation at a beachfront resort with breathtaking sea views. Our villa was spacious and comfortable, with a large couch and king-size bed. We appreciated the helpful staff who promptly assisted us with a buggy ride from the villa to the main hall. The entertainment offered by the resort, such as live bands, karaoke, and sea sports, was a delightful mix of relaxation and adventure.

The restaurants experienced some service issues with long queues and slow service.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with friendly staffs who are always at your service. our hotel room was clean and everything we needed was almost there. the location was ideal for relaxing but too far away to the city centre.

There could be more bus schedules to the city centre with a longer time for shopping instead of 4 hours only. other then that it was fine.
